A French Touch
Being French, macarons are part of my culture, sweet little treats, light and delightful. I always loved macarons, we would have parties with my friends sharing macarons from the most famous chefs and selecting our favorites. Perfect with a glass of Champagne or Rosé or with a nice cup of coffee. A pure moment of shared conviviality.
Now here i am, happy to be in Fort Myers Downtown as it reminds me of our downtown feel, within the most beautiful sunshine, palm trees and relaxing atmosphere. And i will always be happy to chat with you in French if you would like
Le Macaron French Pastries is a franchise that was founded by Rosalie Guillem and her daughter, Audrey Guillem-Saba, in 2009. Since then, the franchise has grown and can be found in many states within the US.
Our French Chef Didier Saba, brought all his expertise to provide an authentic French macaron made with the finest gluten-free ingredients, no preservatives and of about 80 calories each. Beyond the signature macarons, our menu includes gourmet chocolates, French gelato, classic French pastries, European style beverages and a variety of wine and sparkling wine.
